  • Estimated Delivery Time: Your order will typically be at your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. (Please note: delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer).

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent and simple pricing.

  • Free Delivery: We offer FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders above a certain value (e.g., Rs. 2,000).
  • Standard Charges: For orders below that amount, a nominal delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. The Order Journey: What to Expect

  • Step 1 - Order Confirmation: After you place your order, our representative will call you for confirmation. Your order will not be dispatched without this verification step.
  • Step 2 - Dispatch & Tracking: Once confirmed, your order will be packed in discreet, confidential packaging and dispatched. You will immediately receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number.
  • Step 3 - Delivery: You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches you.

4. Important Information

  • Accurate Address: To ensure timely delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address, including a landmark if possible. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
