Our Return Policy in 3 Simple Rules:

  1. The 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date your parcel is delivered to initiate a return request.
  2. The Unbroken Seal: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition. Once the product seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
  3. Shipping & Handling Fee: For all successful returns, a standard fee of Rs. 500 for the initial and return shipping and handling will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step Process):

  1. Contact Us: To begin the process, please call or WhatsApp our customer support team at 03079679994 within the 7-day window.
  2. Provide Details: Please have your Order ID ready. Our team may ask for a clear image of the unopened parcel to expedite the process.
  3. We Arrange Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our trusted courier partner to pick up the parcel from your address.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After we receive the returned item and verify that its seal is intact, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Important Considerations:

  • Change of Mind: Please make your purchase decision carefully, as we do not accept returns for a "change of mind."
  • Allergies: Our product is made from 100% natural herbal ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredients before use if they have known allergies. We are not liable for allergic reactions.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.
